Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping within India
- In India, we ship to most pin codes through our network of courier and logistics partners.
- We offer fast and safe Shipping on all orders across India.
- Shipping is currently FREE on all orders for a limited time.
- Normally, orders are processed and despatched within 2 working days.
- Depending on the destination, you can expect your order to arrive between 3 to 8 days. For some hard-to-reach pin codes, deliveries may take 10-12 days.
- COD Orders will be processed only if your pin code is serviceable for CoD by our Courier Partners. Further, we may call the mobile number provided to verify the order before shipping. All COD orders can be paid for only via Cash on Delivery or sometimes via a payment link at delivery. No cheques / demand draft / gift card or any other mode of payment will be entertained.
- Note: If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the delivery and contact us care@zilchcosmetics.com mentioning your order reference number and a picture of the tampered package. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
International Shipping
- At present we are accepting orders from India only.
- If you'd like to place an international order, please drop us an email at care@zilchcosmetics.com and we will try to service it, if feasible.
- Shipping and handling rates vary based on the shipping destination and the item weight and volume.
- International orders are processed within 3 business days. Depending on the destination, you can typically expect your order to arrive between 8 to 21 days.
- All international shipping orders may attract local duties applicable in that country and accordingly the customer will have to pay such local duties/taxes.
