Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We aim to give you a happy shopping experience. But owing to the perishable nature of the products and our strict protocols for product hygiene and quality, we usually cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened and/or used products.

We know in our heart that you will love Zilch products. However, we understand that in rare situations the product may not work as designed or may have been damaged in transit. In such cases please write to us at and we will be happy to sort you out.


General guidelines with regard to Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

    • If you would still like to cancel an order anytime before it has been fulfilled or before you have received it, please write to us at 
    • Products once delivered, opened or used cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged (the only exception is for products with manufacturing defects).
    • For products that are damaged during shipping in transit or if you feel the product packaging appears tampered with at the time of delivery, please contact us at mentioning your order reference number and a picture of the tampered package. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
    • A return / refund / exchange request should be raised via email to and must include order ID, name of the products purchased and a brief description of your concern. For manufacturing or transit damages, please include pictures or videos to help us address your concern faster.
    • In case a refund is granted against an order which includes free or promotional items, the free items will also need to be returned.
    • All return / refund / exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receipt of the product. Disputes raised after 3 days of delivery shall be entertained at our sole discretion.
    • There will be no returns, refunds or exchanges for:
      • products that are custom made-to-order
    • In cases where refunds, returns or exchanges are accepted, we will arrange for a pickup of the product from the original delivery address within 7 days.
    • Refunds or exchanges will usually be processed only after we have received the original item.
    • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used by you
    • Typically refunds will be processed within 7 days or receipt of returned goods. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the credit to reflect in your bank statement.
    • All returns, refunds and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Zilch and will be checked / vetted by Zilch.
